Gender Pay Gap

I think that the gender pay gap is not fair and here's why ... I feel that the gender pay gap is an big issue, since women have the same right to play sport and jobs as men. They play the same sport and sometimes do the same job, I just don't understand why they are getting payed differently if they are doing the same thing as men. People say that women don't get paid as much because they have children but, sometimes men take time off to look after children as well. Do you know anything about the gender pay gap??? You you think it's fair or not???
