Name : Greta Thunburg
She began her climate change protests by sitting outside parliament every Friday inspiring other children to join her and do the same outside there parliament and make politicians take notice and do something about it.
Has helped people sit up and realise that you can make a difference and have you're voice heard even on a global scale. Her journey has only really started and hopefully her work will force governments around the world to start changing policies to reduce fossil fuel emissions and help the world.
If I hadn't of chosen her I would have chosen someone like Sea Sheppard started by Paul Watson (one of the founders) who helped stop/reduce whale killing and hunting.

ReplyDeleteGreta Thunburg has helped many people become aware of how much of an issue climate change and pollution is becoming. I agree that she has shown people how much of a difference one person can make.
One thing that amazes me about Greta Thunburg is her age, she has only just turned 17 years old. It is inspiring how Greta is so young yet she has been able to make such a big difference, not just in her home country (Sweden) but all around the world!
If you could do something to make a difference to the world what would it be? Would you want to solve the climate change issue just like Greta Thunburg?
What do you think they are going to start using instead of fossil fuels?

DeleteGreta Thunburg is AMAZING!!! I love what she does to help the world. Yes, that amazed me as well, her age only 17. If I could make a change to the world I would probably help with pollution or climate change or otherwise protest about 5G. Do you know about 5G??? I will have an up coming blog post about 5G after I go to a local protest about 5G.
